Dragan Phoenix is an S-Class Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild and is son of Lycon Phoenix the grandson of Reznov Phoenix and the older brother of Kiru Phoenix.

Dragan is calm and collected noted for cooled personality and maintain stoic demeanor and rarely get involved with his guild antics. however Dragan is a selfless, protective, brotherly, kind-hearted and overall mostly serious person, who deeply values the safety of his family friends and Guild.
Dragan is also usually depicted as being serious, calm and clear-minded; even in the worst situations. Due to this he rarely acts on impulse and usually thinks things through when facing a tough situation and always trying to stay one step ahead of his opponent in order to defeat them. He also prioritized the safety of his friends and guildmates valuing them as his family.
